Since our founding in 1996 (as Levensohn Capital Management LLC), we invest in leading information technology companies that have completed technology development and are now generating revenues.  Yet these companies still face management, sales, strategic and financial challenges as they scale up their businesses.  When we invest, our goal is to take a board seat and play an active role in promoting the growth of the company.
