Company

Business description: Qspeed Semiconductor brings you advanced Power Semi technology that you won't find anywhere else. Our new Super Efficient Qspeed PFC Boost Diodes will replace traditional Ultra Fast Diodes and will increase the efficiency of your PFC circuit from .5 to 2%. Plus you will see your EMI significantly decrease and your MOSFET temperatures drop 5 to 20°C. Qspeed PFC Boost Diodes can easily replace Silicon Carbide (SiC) Schottky Diodes but at a fraction of the cost, and without the reliability and supply chain risks associated with non standard materials and processes. If all Active PFC circuits in operation around the world today used Qspeed Boost PFC Diodes, we would save 34 Billion kWh of electricity per year for a savings of $3B. Just from changing one single power semiconductor component. It's that simple. Implementing Qspeed's entire roadmap of super-efficient power semiconductors will reduce the planets energy consumption by over 300 Billion kWh per year for a savings of $24 Billion.
