Supertex, Inc. is a publicly held mixed signal semiconductor manufacturer, focused on high voltage interface products for use in the telecom/networking, imaging, medical and consumer/industrial/computing markets. Since our inception in 1976, we have been a leader in developing advanced technologies that utilize high-performance Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductors (CMOS) and Double-Diffused MOS (DMOS) processes. Today Supertex focuses on our process technologies, DMOS, HVCMOS, and BiCMOS that enable us in providing a diversified product mix of integrated circuits and MOS field effect transistors (FETs) and arrays. Additionally, we developed an infrastructure to manufacture bonded blank wafers for use in our dielectrically isolated products. To improve system performance and further reduce package size, we developed two new packaging techniques, the tape carrier package (TCP) and the micro-ball grid array (BGA) package, being used in our products.
