Its subsidiaries include K-Swiss Pacific Inc., K-Swiss International Ltd., KS UK Ltd., K-Swiss Europe B.V., K-Swiss S.A. de C.V., K-Swiss Australia Pty. Ltd. and K-Swiss Direct Inc. On April 30, 2009, the Company sold certain Royal Elastics assets, consisting of its inventory located in Taiwan and its trademarks to Royal Elastics Holdings Ltd. (REH). In June 2009, K-Swiss purchased the remaining 43% interest in Palladium SAS (Palladium). In July 2010, the Company acquired FORM Athletics.
