Three-Five Systems, Inc. was a global provider of electronics manufacturing services. The Company designed and/or manufactured electronic printed circuit board (PCB) assemblies, radio frequency modules, display modules and systems, and complete systems for customers in the computing, consumer, industrial, medical, telecommunications and transportation industries. Its services included engineering support, designed for services, automated PCB assembly, in-circuit and functional testing, systems level integration and box build, and turn-key supply chain management services, all of which provided its customers the ability to outsource all stages of product engineering, design, development, materials procurement and management, manufacturing, and testing. On September 8, 2005, the Company filed a voluntary petition for bankruptcy under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. In September 2006, the Company recieved approval of its Plan of Reorganization from the bankruptcy court.
